Kiddie Fun Spaces in NYC’s Luxury Apartment Buildings

Developers say that fanciful play spaces have become a must-have for families.

When one of the company’s properties, The Solaire, recently converted from rentals to owner-occupied residences, upgrading and expanding the playroom was key.

The Solaire in Battery Park City recently underwent a renovation, with the help of the design team from COOKFOX, that included expanding the playroom to alleviate congestion. Building residents love the new space.
